Cancer research

 A gift to research at Peter Mac will help world-class researchers discover new and better ways to prevent, detect, treat and cure cancers.

“I bequeath [ ___ percent of my residual Estate / the sum of $ ______ (choose one alternative)] to Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation Ltd, Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre building, Ground Floor, 305 Grattan Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000, to be used for the purposes of cancer research at, or connected with, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and I declare that the receipt of the secretary, trustee or other officer of the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation Ltd is sufficient release for the executors of the Estate without seeing to the final distribution of the funds.

Peter Mac Endowment Fund

The Peter Mac Permanent Endowment Fund investment generates a perpetual stream of income to help support research projects, state-of-the-art equipment, recruitment of leading cancer researchers, and to meet Peter Mac’s other highest priority needs.

“I bequeath [ ___ percent of my residual Estate / the sum of $ ______ (choose one alternative)] as an endowment to Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation Ltd, Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre building, Ground Floor,305 Grattan Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000, to be held upon trust and I direct the Trustees of the Foundation, Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation Ltd, to make income distributions for the purposes of ongoing research activities at, or connected with, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and I declare that the receipt of the secretary, trustee or other officer of Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation Ltd is sufficient release for the executors of the Estate without seeing to the final distribution of the funds.”

Priority needs

This type of bequest means your gift may be used for high priority needs of Peter Mac, which may include research projects or capital or equipment purchases.

“I bequeath [ ___ percent of my residual Estate / the sum of $ ______ (choose one alternative)] to Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation Ltd, Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre building, Ground Floor, 305 Grattan Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000, to be used for any high priority needs of, or connected with, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and I further declare that the receipt of the secretary, trustee or other officer of the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation Ltd is sufficient release for the executors of the Estate without seeing to the final distribution of the funds.”
