A bright, young hope for cancer research
13 January 2020
You’re never too young to change the world!
Milla and Bella, both 10, have developed a hobby with real impact. The pair are close friends at school, and both share a passion for arts and crafts.
When Milla’s dad was successfully treated for bowel cancer at Peter Mac, these two young entrepreneurs felt inspired to help out.
They put together a plan and then set to work making scrunchies for the school Christmas stall. And the scrunchies were a total hit!
In fact, they were able to raise $430 in sales, which they then donated directly to Peter Mac.
Milla and Bella‘s hard work reminds us that together our commitment to beating cancer is truly powerful.
Thank you, Milla and Bella. We couldn’t be more inspired by you.
