Finance Committee
The Finance Committee co-ordinates the financial oversight responsibilities of the Board as a trustee for the Foundation. The committee achieves this by reviewing budget planning, monitoring investment management and performance, and surveilling financial administration and operations. The committee is also responsible for assessing financial risks that may impact the Foundation's financial performance and reporting areas of risk or opportunity to the Board.
The Finance Committee will consist of no fewer than three non-executive directors of the Company. The majority of members must be independent directors. The Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre CEO or CFO must also be a member of the Finance Committee.

Membership
