Nominating & Remuneration Committee
The Nominating & Remuneration Committee is responsible for ensuring that the Board and its Committees have the influence, expertise and diversity necessary to achieve their goals, and that all nominated candidates are considered in a fair and equitable manner.
The committee devises selection criteria for Board and committee membership, researches and meets with nominated candidates, and undertakes succession planning. Additionally, the committee oversees the recruitment of senior management positions, determines, and reviews the remuneration policy, evaluates the performance of senior management positions, and determines the role and responsibilities of any ceremonial positions.
