Ms Jennifer Douglas is an experienced non-executive director who brings over 30 years of experience working across listed, private, government owned and not for profit entities. She is a Director of Judo Bank and Chair of its Remuneration and Nominations Committee, a Director of Amotive Holdings and Chair of its Risk and Sustainability Committee and a Director of Essential Energy and Chair of its Regulatory Committee. She is also Vice President of St Kilda Football Club. In 2024, Ms Douglas completed a Certificate in Digital Transformation from MIT.
